WHAT WAS SPACEY LOOKING FOR

IN OUTER SPACE?

What does he find when the

Spaceship Lands In Africa
Ilustrations by,
Nick Wyneken

SPACEY WAS LOOKING FOR GOD IN OUTER SPACE, but when the spaceship lands in Africa by mistake, through his adventures with African children and the wild animals, he learns that God lives inside of us.  He learns the value of seeking and what it means to love.  He is anxious to get back home and ask Mama what she thinks about that Good News.

A FUN mystical fantasy for children of ALL religious faiths, offered as a useful tool to those who seek to bring children to the realization of the oneness of all creation in our connection to God -- one small step toward peace in our world.

*****

Spacey has been entertaining children since 1988 through his first trip to outer space, SPACEY, which appeared in Wee Wisdom Magazine for Kids and an audiocassette, SPACE MOUSE LEARNS TO PRAY.

HOW CAN YOU HELP SPREAD THAT NEWS TO KIDS?

Purchase one or more copies to donate to one of the various organizations seeking books to give to kids or for libraries, churches, schools, prisons, children's hospitals, friends, and to Third World countries who are in need of books for the schools they are erecting.  (See list below).

EXAMPLE:  From Spacey's encounter with the African children singing :

Wind. Wind. Wind

I can't see you Wind, but I see you moving trees.

Wind. Wind. Wind.

I can't see you Wind, but I hear you rustling leaves.

Wind. Wind. Wind.

I can't see you Wind, but I feel you touching me.

God. God. God.

I can't see you God, but I feel you deep inside of me.

Spacey stood there staring, as if he were hypnotized.  Maybe God is like the wind.  We can't see him, but he lives inside of us.  Now I've got to get  home and see what Mama thinks.
